With gentle stretching and yoga breathing techniques you’ll learn ways to calm your mind and body – all in 30 minutes on Tuesday lunch times at 12.30pm in Bolton One.
Don’t worry if you can’t commit to every session, book as you go if that suits you best. Booking is essential, though, as the room we’re using only has capacity for 15.
