yoga in 30

We have two Yoga in 30 sessions this month, so if you feel the need for a post-graduation stretch and relax – now is the time.

Sessions are held on Tuesday 19 and 26 July, in Bolton One and last 30 minutes, starting from 12.30pm.

Yoga in 30 is designed to off-set some of the stiffness our bodies develop in our office-based environments and release everyday tensions. Classes are for for absolute beginners upwards, perfect for fitting into a lunch break. Just wear loose, comfortable clothing for the session. Mats are provided.

We only have space for 15 so book with the Sports Centre team in Bolton One on extn 3172.
