Now that the new academic year is underway we would like to remind you to keep your vehicle details up-to date on myHR.

This information is required for a number of reasons;

  • to keep your Staff Id card activated to gain access to onsite parking,
  • to establish owners of vehicles in the event you need to be contacted regarding your vehicle whilst on site
  • to ensure that no vehicle parked is preventing emergency vehicle access.

You can check your current record by logging into myHR and selecting the ‘Personal’ tab. Vehicle details are stored at the bottom of this record.
If you have multiple vehicles used for work, simply use the function to create a new card with that vehicle’s information.
If there are any vehicles listed that have incorrect information you will need to the relevant record and a new record.
