Self-defence sessions, FREE for University of Bolton staff and students with valid ID cards running for eight week blocks:

  • Block One: Mondays from 28 January, 17:15 – 18:15 (running for 8 Weeks)
  • Block Two: Tuesdays from 4 March, 12:30 – 13:30 (running for 8 Weeks)

Learn a variety of self-defence techniques that will benefit your overall health and wellbeing. Focussing on different topics each week, the sessions provide the opportunity to be active and learn techniques in personal safety. You do not have to commit to the full eight weeks and can drop in to any of your preferred sessions.
