Staff who travel overseas as part of their role are reminded that a ‘Notification of Intent to Travel outside the UK’ form must be fully completed and reviewed by the relevant Head of School/Service or Executive Board member at the earliest opportunity prior to travel. The University takes very seriously its duty of care to our staff who are asked to travel overseas on business – it is vital that staff understand the potential risks and how to mitigate them. Therefore to provide guidance to staff we will be running new of Overseas Travel Induction workshops. The initial dates are:

  • Tuesday 18th July 2pm – 3pm
  • Tuesday 1st August 3pm – 4pm
  • Wednesday 16th August 10am – 11am
  • Thursday 7th September 10am – 11am
