Bootcamp Type Workouts – no equipment required!  Very popular at the moment are the Joe Wicks workouts, that are generally around 10-30 minutes. Follow the link below or just search The Body Coach or Joe Wicks on YouTube. The results you will probably get first in any search for this at the present time will probably be his currently trending daily PE sessions however if that’s not your cup of tea scan further and there is loads of content.

Fun Dance Classes: Check out Strictly Come Dancing celebrity Oti Mabuse for some family fun! The sessions include choreography to some popular dances such as greatest showman! She does both family friendly and adult classes. Some are trickier than others so if you don’t get along with your first choice just give a different one a try!

Sports Specific: For those of you who like a more sports specific workout many National Governing Bodies of Sport such as Badminton England, England Athletics, The FA etc. are putting on ideas to keep your skills ticking over at home. Give your sport a google and there should be loads of ideas.

British University College Sport (BUCS) also have some fun video challenges.
