The University has launched Creative Talent Bolton, an in house talent agency which aims to provide students and alumni with the best possible work experience in their creative fields.

The project received funding as part of the 2016 Jenkinson Awards and is an inter-departmental collaborative project between the Theatre, Performing Arts and the Media departments.

The long term aim of the Creative Talent Agency is to create a cyclical, self-sufficient agency run by students for students, with a heavy focus on creative collaboration across the School of the Arts.

It is headed by Dr Nicola Shaw, Programme Leader – Theatre & Creative Writing and Neil Dougan, Assistant Teaching Professor, Media Department.

Creative Talent Bolton prides itself on the collaboration between schools, as well as the opportunities it gives to students and alumni.

Still in the first phase of development, the project needs even more students and staff of all ages to sign up as actors to take part in the projects.

If staff require actors for educational projects please get in touch with CTB and/or Nicola and Neil.
