Using the web support portal

If you have previously emailed websupport at you will have an account on the portal, however no password is set so you won’t be able to use it until you reset your password first.

Please note this login will be separate from your usual UOB staff login.

1. To begin, click on ‘login’ from the header menu and follow the ‘lost password’ link

2. Next enter your email address into the form field and submit the request

3. You will receive an email from within 5min, if not, please be sure to check your spam folder as these emails are sent using a third party system

4. Follow the link to reset (or create if using it for the first time) a new password for web support

5. Once you have set a new password, you can access the portal and view all previous and current support conversations. You can use the portal to log and respond to conversations too.
