The University of Bolton has now launched a web support service desk to provide a one stop shop for all things website (www, courses, Contensis and Inside UOB).
Please submit requests for new content or changes to existing content, along with any issues you encounter at www.bolton.ac.uk/web-support.
Alternatively, you can simply email websupport at bolton.ac.uk and receive a prompt response to your enquiry. Please tell us about any deadlines for publication in the message, so we can work towards them. Service requests without a deadline will be dealt with on a first come first served basis and we aim to complete them within 5 working days.
You can also login to the web support portal to view current and historic service requests. You can use the portal to respond to requests also.
If you haven’t created a password but emailed websupport at bolton.ac.uk before, you can simply reset your password to set up a new one.
If you have not sent anything, you can easily ‘sign up’ using your UOB email.
