International student, Geidar Aliyev has achieved the Bolton Award from his home town in Kazakhstan.

Geidar was able to complete the final stage of his Award, a Mock Interview, by Skyping with Bolton Award staff this week at the University of Bolton.

He joins over 75 other students who have already taken part and graduated with the Bolton Award.

The Bolton Award is an employability and enterprise programme for all undergraduate and postgraduate students which has been designed to enable them to benefit from work experience, skills development, and a range of enrichment activities.

Last month, 40 students from the University were presented with their certificates from Bill Webster, Assistant Vice Chancellor (Development) at a special graduation ceremony.
