Active Life: a variety of sessions aimed at helping you be active and de-stress during your university day. All abilities welcome.

Pilates – Wednesday 12:45pm – 1:15pm
Toning – Monday 12:45pm – 1:15pm (no session on Bank holidays)
Yoga – Tuesday and Thursday 12:45pm – 1:15pm (sorry no sessions week commencing 3rd and 10th June)
