The IT Support team, led by Ian Moth, has recently relocated from M block to Z2-16 in the administration building, together with the telephone IT help desk.
This move will improve our first line IT support, providing faster and more knowledgeable assistance for staff and off-campus student IT problems. Face-to-face IT support for students will continue to be delivered at the library desk.
As part of the recent improvements we will be launching an on-line service for you to log and track your IT requests. The IT help desk contact details remain the same and should be your first destination when you need assistance.
