In order to promote Mental Health Awareness Week 2018, which runs from 14/05/2018 – 20/05/2018, the University of Bolton is running a series of events and workshops from Monday 14th May – Friday 18th May to raise awareness of mental health wellbeing and the supports available both locally and within the University.


The theme for Mental Health Awareness Week 2018 is Stress: Are We Coping? Therefore each of the events planned throughout the week has been done so in order to build awareness of the impact of stress on our mental wellbeing and to develop awareness of the things we can do in order to better manage it.
