1.       We have three operations set up this year. The Applicant Support Hub (ASH) from 31/7 to 15/9, Clearing Triage Centre (CTC) from 17/8-19/8 and the Academic Call Centre (ACC) from 17/8-30/8. This is a new arrangement to allow academic colleagues to deal with their own applicants during the peak clearing period. During this period between 17th – 30th August incoming calls will initially be triaged in CTC and then taken by a relevant member of academic staff in ACC. All this activity will take place in the T2 computer rooms. Academic staff should still be monitoring the management information reports to follow up on verbal offers and conversion activity particularly outside these key dates.

2.       If you are on the rota over clearing please ensure that you turn up. If you are unable to cover your slot at short notice then please arrange with your Head for appropriate cover. Please speak to your Head of School, Academic Coordinator for Recruitment and Retention or your Head of Service if you are unsure if you are on the rota.

3.       Training for those taking clearing calls (either in the CTC or ACC) will be held on Monday 10am, Tuesday 2pm and Wednesday 10am and 2pm – w/c 14 August in Larch Computer Room on T2.
