On the 13 December 2016, the HR team were assessed for the Customer Service Excellence (CSE) accreditation – a government accredited award scheme. We are pleased to announce that the HR team met all the criteria and have now achieved the CSE award. Well done to HR!
Chris McClelland , HR Director, said “I am delighted that the hard work of the HR team has paid off and our success confirms our aim of putting our internal and external customers at the heart of everything we do”.
HR now joins Careers, the Library, Reception and Student Services in displaying the CSE Hallmark.
As part of a first phase the Academic Administration team are also on their way towards CSE and are due to be assessed later this year in May. Best of luck to them.
Following the Strategic Workshops held at the Lakeside CSE is being used as a practical tool for driving customer-focused change within the University. In particular it being used as a vehcile for continuous improvement, a skills development tool and a means of celebrating success through achievement of an externally validated national standard.
