We will be losing the support of the Client software that is accessed from the icons on the desktop, these icons will be removed at Christmas this year.  In order to achieve this is it is essential that we train all staff in the use of CELCATLive [inc. Roombooker] and the new Calendar and iCal software.

With this in mind, we will be putting on some training/demonstration sessions of CELCATLive and the new elements to enable staff to check timetables, mark registers and book their own meeting rooms.  These sessions will be designed to suit both Academic and Professional staff colleagues and should last no more than 30-40 minutes, depending on questions.  We have tried to mix up days and times to accommodate the differing work patterns of all staff.
