CSELast June the Careers Service, the Library, Reception and Student Services achieved Customer Service Excellence Accreditation, but that is not where it ends.

The CSE Assessor comes back on an annual basis to see what progress has been made in the past 12 months and check on development points made during the accreditation visit. On Thursday 23 June the assessor was on site for the day talking to staff and students and checking this against the information we had submitted.

He  acknowledged the significant developments , of which the Life Lounge is one example, and initiatives undertaken to improve  services to students.  In recognition of this he has awarded us  two  ‘Compliance Plus’ points , the CSE mark of excellence.

He congratulated staff on their hard work so the four teams  can continue to display the CSE symbol for another year.
