There are always 101 reasons to eat lunch in the office, travel everywhere by car or public transport and generally neglect our body’s need to move, but the reality is that a sedentary lifestyle will  damage our health.

The University has a host of activities to tempt you away form your desk at lunchtime or fit in after work. Whether you want to dance, try a sport, may be stretch and strengthen your muscles with yoga or something more adventurous, there is something for you. Most Sports Centre activities cost just £1.
