To enhance a sense of community and following your input at the strategic workshops at the Lakeside Hotel and an ‘all staff’ email dated 18 September 2015, the University is creating an Employee Association and would like your views.

 

The Employee Association’s main purpose is to extend the staff experience.  This focuses on the integration of staff with special interest groups, social events and benefits/discounts to enhance wellbeing and a great sense of community.

 

We would like your ideas and views to enable the Employee Association Committee to meet the needs of our staff and ensure its success; please can you take 5 minutes to complete this survey by clicking on the link below:
