Events in the Chaplaincy, Hindu, Christian and Muslim, this week – All invited!
As part of Diversity Day on Wednesday 9th (#UoB4Diversity) the Multi faith Chaplaincy will be offering insights and experiences from three of the major faith traditions with our local Bolton community, Hinduism, Christianity and Islam.
11.30am – 1.30pm Find out about the Hindu festival of Maha Shivrati (March 9th) with Hindu Chaplain Hema Chevli at the Diversity Day Chaplaincy Stall in the SLZ
12.30 – 1.30pm The five daily Prayers & the five Pillars of Islam – everyone is invited to come along during this time, learn more and ask questions – in the Prayer Room (Chaplaincy, Eagle Tower) with Moulana Faruk Ali
1.15 -1.45 pm Meditation, Relaxation and Reflection – in the Skills for Success room (library), with Chaplain Stephen Lingwood.
